The space Casa Costa is a NON-SMOKING building, and our unit is Non-Smoking. The use of any drugs is NOT permitted, this includes Marijuana. If this house rule is broken, we will notify Airbnb and ask you to vacate the unit immediately with no refund, due to this violation. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo as well as the building amenities. Please enjoy the beautiful heated pools at the 5th floor, ladies and men's locker room, sauna, steam room, fitness center, and jacuzzi. Business center is located at the 1st floor. Other things to note Please be mindful of the house rules and the Casa Costa Rules, especially in the common area at the 5th floor. No alcoholic beverages by the pool, no smoking of any kind, no eating by the pool (there are tables near the pool where you can enjoy a meal). Pool hours are dawn to dusk, please keep noise to a minimum. If we receive any fines due to a guest misbehaving and not obeying this rules, the fine will be passed to the guest.
