There is also an electric fireplace, brand new tv, with access to many streaming accounts, and a bookshelf with games, books, dvds, and puzzles. The kitchen has all new appliances, large table with seating for 6, and is stocked with pans, utinsels, dishes, etc. The laundry room has large capacity washer and dryer and any cleaning supplies you'll need during your stay. As listed, this is a basement apartment beneath our main living house. The doors that connect to the apartment will always stay locked for your privacy. We live above and have made great efforts to soundproof, but you will hear us living above. We have 6 adults and a 2 yr old toddler who is very energetic during the daytime and quiet during sleeping hours. Guest access The basement apartment has it's own private 1 car garage for you to park in. The house is easily accessible right off of main street. Easily found on any map app that you use.
