The room is facing backyard/road (some noise from the road can be heard, but you can enjoy the sea view from the restaurant, sun deck and swimming pool.) - Free unlimited drinking water - we do not sell plastic bottled water. - Friendly service! No wifi in room. (only in common areas in ground floor) No room service. (enjoy your meals from and in our restaurant) No single use toiletries are given in the room. You have access to swimming pool, sundeck, restaurant/Bar and direct Beach access. We are located directly on the beach on the most scenic and quiet part of Hikkaduwa. Perfect for beach walks! We are not a luxury hotel - we do not do room service. What we do offer is a TEN STAR beach and sea view, the perfect quiet location for a relaxing holiday - and the friendliest service in town. Guest access We arrange all kind of transport: tuktuk, car, van and even train tickets. A travel desk in our Hotel can arrange tours, round trips and activities. 4 minutes by tuktuk from Hikkaduwa Tourist Town. 6 minutes by tuktuk from Train station in Hikkaduwa town. 10 minutes beach walk to the more livelier (and loud ;) parts of Hikkaduwa. We have parking for 4 vehicles only. Contact us if you need parking. We do not offer free driver accommodation - but can help to arrange it for you after arrival.
