Guests can use the apartment facilities such as swimming pool, children pool, gym, children playground (located at the Marketing Gallery), garden and jogging track. The apartment is conveniently located at the CBD area of BSD City. Walking distance to Aeon Mall, The Breeze, Unilever, Traveloka campus, IULI, Monash University, Prasetiya Mulya University, Green Office Park. We prioritize guests’ safety and hygiene. We provide fresh bed linens, blanket, towels, and napkins everytime guests are checking-in. We clean the entire Studio by using disinfectant liquid, spray the room with disinfectant aerosol, and turn on the air purifier device during the cleaning process after each guests are checking-out. If guests require additional cleaning during their stay, we can help to contact the third party general cleaning service with a cost of Rp 100.000 for an hour of cleaning. During the Covid19 pandemic situation, our Studio cannot accept self-quarantine. Parking fee: Rp 4,000/hour, max. Rp 30.000/day.
