Description
I have zero tolerance to drugs and smoking inside my house. Do not bring in drugs including marijuana as I will smell it since i am a non smoker and you would be asked to leave the house with no refund. Cozy double room in 5 bedroom house ideally suited for single person or two facing back garden with wardrobe. Please note there is NO KITCHEN ACCESS. I offer only bedroom & bathroom access. The room has working desk and chair. The space I live on my own and manage the house myself. My home is 5 bedroom house in a quiet locality with easy bus connection to Newbury Park tube station. Private room with Double bed which can accommodate ONE guest. You are able to lock the room from inside. Guest access **Polite notice to all potential guests - Please note that whilst I endeavour to offer space to you all with utmost care, cleanliness (not professional though, but to certainly living standards) and honesty possible , my place is certainly NOT to be considered a hotel. I offer low priced private accommodation and should you think that something is not upto your mark/expectation, I would strongly request you to bring it up to my knowledge whilst you stay with me rather than going back and writing on a negative review as there's nothing worse than putting off someone without giving an opportunity to improve/rectify. ** The house has central heating and therefore I cannot control the temperature of one particular room. If you feel your room is warm - you can open the windows according to your requirements or turn off the radiator in your room. I have had many people contacting me with common questions so I decided to list out on here as answer: Q Do you have telephone number/email address? A: Yes I do have but you can only exchange after you have placed the booking. I will not give the details as it is against the Airbnb policy. Q: How far Newbury park is from Central London (Newbury park is the nearest tube station for my place) A: Approx 30 minutes, connected with Central Line Q: Can you provide hair dryer A: Yes, I can but its on request basis only. I do not keep them in guest rooms, So , kindly ask and return after use. Q: Is there a supermarket & restaurant near my place? A: Yes, there is, but please note they are not 24 hrs opened Q: Is bathroom shared? A: Yes, There is shared bathroom on first floor - it is clean and WILL be clean during your stay Q: Do you have parking and is it free? A: On street parking is free and you may park at your own risk Q: Can I use your kitchen? A: Please note there is NO KITCHEN ACCESS. I offer only bedroom & bathroom access. Q: Do you offer breakfast? A: Please note there is NO KITCHEN ACCESS. I offer only bedroom & bathroom access. Q: How many people are there at the house? A: I live in a double room, but there is a possibility that other guests are staying in other rooms. Q: Can I use laundry at your place A:Yes, but there is £8 charge for each wash cycle. (Pls note washing machine does not have dryer) Q Are there any restaurants/grocery stores nearby? Ans: Please see the Guidebook section where I have updated the important and relevant places /shops of interest. There are few. I take real pride in how clean the flat is and will endeavor to make your stay enjoyable. Kindly do not ask or borrow items from other residents but kindly ask me directly.
