The space Your are using the complete main house if you need it for your group. You will love clean rooms, big bathrooms and spacious kitchen. Eating at the dinner table is awesome but I like eating on the front porch just taking in the mountain view and the local vibe. Guest access -You have access to the complete main home. -If it's just a couple we keep the second room locked to minimize expenses. Please kindly let us know if you need both rooms. -The owner lives in a small apartment to the left beneath the main home. He is a kind and lovely older man. When you see him he is always happy to chat if you'd like but he'd keep to himself if that's what you prefer. Oh, he only speaks Spanish so you can practice yours if you'd like. If something is wrong or needed on the property always message us and we will reach out to him. We are managers and prefer you and him to have your privacy always. If you order meals both him and his girlfriend will cook and deliver the meals to you. The food is AMAZING! You will have a fantastic time here but please acknowledge the following: -We allow absolutely no visitors to our place. -We can not allow pets to this space. There are many reasons for this. No service animals also please. Just choose another home please. Mostly we had an issue with a neighbor but of course we love doggies. -There is only space for 1 car at this listing. We can only allow 1 car. we can make an exception for 2 vehicles but it will cost $15 a day because we have to pay a neighbor to move our vehicle to his house for you to have room for the second car at our place. -We want you to love our place but please grantee us that you will shut off all the A/C's when you are not in the home. Please do not leave them on so that it's cool for your return while it hurts Frankie's pocket with electric running unnecessarily. Maybe open all the windows when you leave and PLEASE remember to close the windows when the air is on. His electric bill is making him consider not to host any more.
