The space Let me walk you through the space : Property Structure : Ground + 1 Villa Bedrooms - 3 Bedrooms are in the Villa. All Bedrooms on the First Floor. 2 Bedrooms have a private balcony. - 3 bedrooms have king sized beds. Extra bedding provided upon request( Charges applicable) - There is a sofa seater to accommodate 6 people. Bathroom - The Villa has 3 bathrooms. - Basic toiletries are provided. Towels are provided. - Solar geyser is available in all the bathrooms. Kitchens and Meals - The kitchen on the property is equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and a gas stove. - Drinking water available. - Cooking is allowed on the property. - Caretaker can cook at an additional charge. - Cutlery and crockery are available. - BBQ and Bonfire available. Outdoor Area - The Villa has a garden lawn area. House Rules - Music is not allowed in the cottage after 9 pm. - Smoking is allowed in the balcony and exterior areas of the Villa. Additional Amenities - 4 secured parking space available - A generator back up is available, in the event of a power failure. - Mosquito repellent can be provided to guests, if required. Please Note Due to COVID 19, the locals and municipal corporation are not permitting tourists. Kindly get in touch with us before reserving the property. We may not be able to host in case, there are issues from the local Municipal Corporation. Guest access Naukuchiatal is a hill town popular for its lake, a nine cornered one, which rests peacefully in the lap of nature. Surrounded by hills on all sides and situated at more than 1200 m above sea level, the lake is an apt picnic spot with boating options and birdwatching. Though there are other interesting places to visit in Naukuchiatal, which is a part of the lake district of Uttarakhand, with the lake being its biggest attraction. With a very pleasant climate, surrounding hills and a serene lake, Naukuchiatal is an ideal getaway in the hills for a relaxed holiday. Other things to note - WiFi is available. - The property is amidst nature. Food left outdoors may invite insects and animal. - For mosquitoes, repellents are available, but we advise closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. - A refundable security deposit of INR 5,000/- will be collected upon arrival. The amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase, the checkout time is adhered to and no damages are done by guests.
