The Succulent is a light, bright and airy guest house with modern touches in charming Downtown Newnan. This newly built, detached, above garage guest house enjoys a private space and tree-top views, while sharing the property with a 1940’s craftsman family home, in the sought after Featherston Heights neighborhood. Experience the many local restaurants, boutiques, parks, movie locations and events near the historic Newnan Square, which is a quick 3 minute drive or a lovely 20 minute walk. The space The quiet space is perfect for 2 adults or a small family with up to 2 young children, it includes 1 plush king bed and 1 pull out sofa bed (baby travel-cot also available). Enjoy the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, as well as the spacious living room, dining room and studio-like bedroom space. The full size kitchen includes an electric range/oven, sink, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans, dinnerware, flatware and laundry washer/dryer. There is one full bathroom with a tiled shower and you can also enjoy your own outdoor patio among the trees. *** Fee Structure *** Host charges an additional $65 cleaning fee Airbnb charges an additional 14-16% Service Fee State/County charges an additional 7% Sales Tax Guest access Guests have access to the entire upstairs guest house and utilize a private side entrance leading directly to the front door, with plenty of free street parking and a preferred spot to park. Please note the guest house is above a garage, so there is one flight of stairs. This is an active community where lots of neighbors walk among the tree-lined streets and to downtown, so please drive slowly and respectfully. Other things to note Please note the host family lives on the property in the main building and will periodically be in the lower backyard space and access the lower garage. The guest house is above the garage so you will hear and feel the garage doors open/close below you, on average twice a day. We please ask that guests only access their upper outdoor patio space and not the lower backyard area of the main house. Also, sofa beds in general are not very comfortable for sleeping, so it's not recommend that anyone over 12 years old use the sofa bed in the guest house.
