The mini house is designed for ONE PERSON OR COUPLE (it has one bedroom), it is practical with its architectural design and has all the amenities that make it comfortable. It also has private security and is inside a family plot, but retains its independence as a house and its own space and private gardens. The space Tumbaco is a large valley near Cumbayá. Nearby there are small shops but no bars or nightclubs, or massive buildings, rather a family and quiet sector with accessible services. 5 minute drive to the ceramic supermaxi. There is one bedroom (1) with a double bed and a half with its private bathroom. There is one (1) parking space available. The house is fully furnished. Kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, small oven, blender, pots, pan, kitchen utensils. There is a smart TV with Netflix. The laundry area is shared, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The private porch has a BBQ grill, a living room area, and an outdoor area with a hammock. IMPORTANT ⚠️ The house has a biodigester. Both houses share a main entrance (electric gate for cars), parking space, but each has its separate pedestrian access, as well as separate gardens. On the same property there are two more dogs in a private area and behind a mesh and plants.
