Whether you're coming to town for business or pleasure, you're going to enjoy your visit to this cozy cottage nestled between Lake Huron and the Tobico Marsh. This small one bedroom, one bathroom getaway is just the right size for 2-3 people. There is a paved trail just a short walk down the road that connects to the Bay City State Park and Tobico Marsh trails. The space This little apartment has everything you need to have a relaxing break from the day to day grind. Come and get away from the city in this quiet, lakeside escape. The cottage isn't directly on the water, but you're absolutely welcome to walk through the yard and use the table or walk along the water. Make yourselves at home and never hesitate to ask if you need anything! Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire property. I have a small fence up so my dogs don't harass you, but you can open it and follow the sidewalk out to the water. Myself and my parents live in the other two buildings on the property, so I just ask that you don't enter either of those. You may see us walking past occasionally to get to our cars, but we will never bother you unless maintaining the hot tub or if there's an emergency. Other things to note The TV in the living uses the FireTV remote. It automatically opens to streaming options. If you want to watch live TV (satellite), hit the "settings 🔅" button on the firetv remote, toggle down and select input, then select HDMI1. The Dish remote will then work to control stations. Hit the "Home 🏠" button on the remote to return to streaming options. The bedroom TV only streams on the fire stick, it isn't hooked to cable or satellite.
