This property has a newly renovated, two bedroom house and a newly-built separate luxury bungalow. Lots of green space and lounging areas with sunbeds, swings and hammocks throughout the property gives you a choice of scenery and senses. Cool off in the large pool or catch a wave in the surf. Fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens with spacious dining areas, perfect for large family meals and gatherings. At night, stargaze, enjoy a bonfire on our beach or watch for sea turtles laying eggs in the sand all with the sounds of the waves in the background. At the end of your day, sleep comfortably in the air conditioned bedrooms with high end furniture and linens. Just come relax! You'll find our home well stocked with amenities and well-prepared to offer you a perfect care-free stay. Playa el Amatal is one of the more private, exclusive beach towns on the coast. The residential strip is only one road 1.2 kilometers long with rows of private homes along either side. It's beachfront on our row and national forest behind the row across from us. Going east, there are kilometers of uninhabited beach in front of coconut plantations all the way to Playa Toluca. Heading west, the beach ends in an estuary that separates us from Playa San Diego. Most days, you will have miles and miles of private and secluded beach all to yourselves. WE DO NOT SELL STAND-ALONE DAY PASSES. SMALL WEDDINGS/EVENTS ARE WELCOME TO A MAXIMUM OF 10 ADDITIONAL GUESTS. THERE IS A $100 PER DAY EVENT CHARGE. PARTY GUESTS ARE ALLOWED UP UNTIL 11PM. QUIET TIME AFTER 10pm. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS CAN STAY OVERNIGHT. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire ground minus the caretakers' home. All palapas in the photos are on our private property and only accessible by you. Please note the property is gated and caretakers opens/closes. Please be mindful of your return time if venturing out. Other things to note We have a wonderful family of caretakers (Mauro, Marisol Alex and Mauro Jr.) who works hard to keep the property beautiful and ensure your stay is relaxed and convenient. They are respectful and discreet so you can have all the privacy you wish, coming around only to tidy up and collect the trash. We do have a “way-too-friendly” dog, Charky, on our property who has been a guest favorite. We do have internet/WIFI which is a rare amenity for rentals in the area. We just had the new StarLink satellite internet system installed Price is for up to 10 guests. Additional $20/night for additional guests staying overnight. We are pet friendly with a $20 pet fee. No pets are to be left indoors unattended. Airport Transfers, Massage Service (rates vary), Fishing Trip, Cooking Service ($25/day), and Beach Bonfire Service ($10) can be arranged with us with advance notice.
