You and your family will be in a very well located space, easy to access, close to the Historic Center and the exits to the city's sights. The house is very comfortable, airy and very well equipped, with structure for up to 6 people. There are 3 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning. There is a workspace with a printer, a double sofa bed and Wi-Fi; the Wi-Fi works throughout the house. There is also a nice gourmet area with a barbecue. The garage can accommodate 2 small cars. The space The house is very cozy and has a privileged location, where you will have tranquility and ease, as it is close to a wide variety of shops, including 2 large supermarkets, a bakery, pizzeria, restaurants, and close to the exit to the beaches, waterfalls and other tourist attractions. It is even a 10 to 15-minute walk from the Historic Center and 1.5 km from the tourist pier, from where you can depart for a wonderful schooner ride through the bay of Paraty, visiting beautiful beaches and islands.
