Rare HUGE DOME Home !!! Huge Heated SWIM Spa POOL

Our place has two independent structures with free fast WIFI. The main structure can contain 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The secondary structure can contain 4 guests (extra cleaning fee will apply). We also offer Swim spa which contains 10 guests without any additional charge. Only a 7 minute drive to the Joshua Tree National Park. 2 minute drive to downtown Joshua Tree. The parking space is very large, but the maximum parking is no more than 5 cars and no street parking. The space VERY RARE gorgeous huge dome house. This is what Joshua Tree is about! This massive dome house sits on top of 1.25 sprawling acres right on the border of Joshua Tree Village and highly sought after Friendly Hills area. Inside those two structures, you will see the industrial style decoration with customized furnitures. Outside the house, there are luxurious outdoor furnitures, fire pit, bbq and the Swim Spa Area... The Swim Spa is free for use. it is different with a normal Spa. Swim Spa is multifunctional. It is much larger than the normal Spa Pool which can gives more space for each user and hold more users to enjoy and relax at the same time. Moreover, it can generate the water waves to make it become a heated pool for swimming. Also, you can do the aquatic sports and jogging with different experience inside it. Anyway, this Swim Spa is far away beyond a traditional hot tub , even a swimming pool. In addition, for more than 3 guests, there is a $40 per guest per night extra service fee. The price will change automatically once you input your guests number in the app. For using the second structure (the small one), there is a $150 extra cleaning fee. Important Notice: Additional Charges for Guests To help maintain a clean, comfortable, and high-quality experience for all our guests, please note the following additional charges that may apply during your stay: Late Check-Out Fee: $50 for departures after the scheduled time without prior approval. Excessive Cleaning Fee: $100 if the home requires deep or extended cleaning beyond standard turnover. Pet Hair Removal Fee: $50 if excessive dog hair is found on furniture, bedding, or flooring. Linen & Towel Replacement: Charged at current market rates for any stained, damaged, or missing items. Hot Tub Draining & Cleaning: $500 if the hot tub requires draining due to misuse, contamination, or damage (e.g., glass, food, soaps, or improper use).
