Other things to note Heating & A/C - Although our central heat & a/c was installed in 2021, please keep in mind the heat is set for a max of 75 degrees. If it were turned on to say 80 degrees, then the system would never turn off and potentially overheat during the winter months due to extreme weather. We also have a gas fireplace that is an insert Heating & A/C: Our central heating and air conditioning system was installed in 2021. Please note, the heating is set to a maximum of 75°F to prevent the system from running continuously and overheating during cold weather. We also have a gas fireplace insert upstairs that works like a furnace to help warm the space. Since temperatures can drop below 35°F, it may take some time to fully warm the house. We’ll do our best to have the home comfortable upon your arrival. Pet Policy: If any pets are found to have relieved themselves inside the house, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged, along with any additional fees for damages. Power Outages: The electric utility company services power lines periodically and may shut off power during windy or unsafe conditions as a safety precaution.
