Just to add that if you are a Paramedic/Nurse and work shifts, and you need a quiet/peaceful room that will allow you to get some quality rest this is the ideal room as the house is very quiet in the daytime/night with no outside noise. The space Located in a convenient location yet tucked away in a cul de sac, less than 10 mins walk to Crediton high street and beautiful town square which is bustling with shops, cafes and pubs. Exeter is 7 miles away, 15/20 mins travelling time, with the bus stop and train station only 5 mins walk from my house. Guest access Bathroom Kitchen, help yourself to tea and coffee. The microwave can be used and the fridge to store some food. No cooking facilities.
