In the Ore Mountains near Karlovy Vary and Boží Dar, in a small village, I created our refuge. A sensitively reconstructed attic overlooking nature and a hot tub on the terrace (for an additional fee) and a home cinema. We'd love to lend you our place. We want you to feel at home here too. Mountains, nature and a spa town, there's a little bit of everything here! The space In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, where Jan comes from, we created our occasional retreat by rebuilding an older attic. When we have a moment to spare, we want to relax or escape from reality, you will find us here. But when we're not here, the space can be yours. Come and enjoy relaxation in a distinctive space overlooking fields, meadows and hills in the distance. The Ore Mountains are as distinctive as our area and surroundings. I'm in a more remote village, best reached by car. Shops and the city are about 5 - 10 minutes away. Nearby is an industrial complex, a prison, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The history of this place explains a lot about why and how it was formed. Please don't be discouraged! Our place is best enjoyed by two, but there is enough space for up to 4 people, it's up to you. The loft is an open attic located on the 2nd floor of a detached house on the edge of the property. Jan's parents live in the second house. Parking is right next to the house in a fenced area. We are working in our free time to make the garden more cozy, which will also be available to you. I completed the reconstruction with my own help in 2021. It was hard work. We are very happy that we managed to get everything we wanted into the space, including a projector and a screen for movie nights (we have a MAX subscription, you can sign up for your own Netflix, etc.). The main bed is just across from the view. There's nothing more beautiful than waking up and watching the sun rise in the sky. You can also get up early and wait impatiently for the sunrise. The other sleeping area is upstairs. It is located under the very ridge of the roof. The sofa is foldable and provides an extra sleeping space. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower and a bathtub for relaxation after a challenging mountain hike. We plan to add a fireplace stove. So far, we have a bioethanol fireplace installed. Everything you need during your stay, you'll find with us. Towels, hairdryer, soap, eco shower gel, equipped kitchen with basic groceries are a matter of course. There is a hot tub on the terrace that you can use. We send instructions and advice during the stay. The barrel is for an additional fee (1100CZK/first melting, then 250CZK). The wood is ready for you in the woodshed in the garden, and the other necessary equipment is in the closet. The terrace also encourages barbecues, a grill is available. Upon agreement, we can prepare breakfast in the form of a breakfast basket or rent a picnic basket and recommend nice places for a romantic picnic. Guest access The loft is located in a separate house on the edge of the property. There is another house on the property where parents live and a barn. Parking is right next to the house. Other things to note There is a stay fee in the village. The fee is payable on site in cash (CZK or EUR). The fee is 25 CZK/night/person over 18 years of age. Please remember to pay the fee, it is the responsibility of anyone who stays in the village for a short time. The bathing barrel is an extra service. You'll have wood and everything you need, including tips, tips, and step-by-step instructions, so you can melt the barrel yourself and enjoy this liberating experience. Fee for use of CZK 1100.
