Residential home located in the far east of El Paso with 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, refrigerated A/C, heating, security cameras outside around the house for your security, living room with Smart TV, comfortable leather couches, built in window shutters throughout the house for more privacy and to block the sunlight. Surround sound system with option to hear the music outside in the gazebo. Open concept with living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meals, enjoy them inside or outdoors in the gazebo dinning area. Garage for a small vehicle with remote plus there’s an extended parking driveway area available for up to 3 extra cars. Office space with desk and office chair provided within one of the rooms for all your business needs. Laundry - washer and dryer available for all your laundry needs. Detergent, softener & drying sheets provided for your convenience. Outdoor area - Use of gazebo and grilling area is allowed. - A very comfortable swing bench is there for your relaxation. Weight capacity is 400lbs. Swing is not a toy, please do not let children play on it. -Grill, BBQ utensils and propane tank provided. Allow cooling time before covering the grill after each use. -Outdoor fireplace and firewood provided for your convenience. Do not burn anything other than the wood provided. Allow fireplace to cool down before covering. Music can be heard at the gazebo while played through the entertainment system via your mobile device. Instructions are posted to use it properly. Please read house manual for more detailed information. Entry to the house using key pad and keys for outside gates are provided. Easy access from Loop 375, near the airport, near restaurants, shopping centers and hospitals. Property parking available for up to 4 autos including garage.
