On the beautiful east coast, within walking distance of the fine white-sand beaches of Sa Preta Ruia, Santa Lucia, La Caletta, Capo Comino, and Berchida, we are renting out a charming newly built apartment, consisting of a living room and kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, two verandas, one of which is on the seaside, an outdoor shower, a portable barbecue, air conditioning, and satellite TV. Located in the quiet tourist village of Sa Petra Ruia, the apartment is two hundred meters from the sea and pine forest. The space The recently finished apartment is located on the ground floor, raised from the street; it has a first veranda at the entrance, from which you can access the living room/entrance and the kitchen. A very comfortable second veranda in the back, accessible directly from the kitchen, awaits you for relaxing lunches and dinners, with the sound of the sea in the background. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. Other things to note The sea and the pine forest are two hundred meters away. The area is strategic for visiting the entire coast, both towards Olbia (Budoni, San Teodoro, Porto San Paolo) and towards Orosei, Dorgali, and Ogliastra (Baunei, Cala Luna, Cala Goloritzè). A half-hour drive will take you conveniently to the most important towns in the interior (Nuoro, Orgosolo, Oliena, Fonni), each with its own characteristics and distinctive features.
