Our sweet home is a passion project and tribute to the Island’s beloved Nipa Hut. Write your blog in the bedroom workspace or chill in your exclusive pool & lounge. (please send us a direct message for option to add Balay Amakan Dorm with up to 9-additional beds. The space The Nipa Hut is a stand alone unit with a bedroom loft, sink, dining and dedicated patio. There’s a dedicated external bathroom with shower a few paces from the nipa backdoor by your exclusive pool. The Bedroom Loft bed w/full size mattress below and single bed above. The bedroom is insulated to save energy when using the aircon+wall fan. Dedicated workspace with desk/chair Lockable bedroom door A view of the pool from the bedroom Mini-sink/Dining table, chairs and tea kettle (can also be used as a workspace) Lockable screen door to patio Lockable door to pool area Wall fan The Patio Covered canopy w/ hammocks Wrap around seating & table Ceiling fan and view of the garden Tiny Pool (exclusive use) Small but deep! Yours alone to enjoy! Additional spaces guests can access: outdoor kitchen equipped with small propane (gas) stove. Basic cooking utensils, rice-cooker & misc. WIFI access to wifi is 20-pesos a day (must insert coin in the machine) using a booster (provided). This is good for 24-hours. Speed is 100mbps. The entire property is managed by a resident caretaker. 24-7 guard at the main entrance of the village. Close to hiking (20-min ride Sanchez Peak), swimming (15-minute Olarte Cave, Olaer Resort), Soak in Hot Springs (30-minute Mumbacal) & an hour and half away From Lake Sebu. Guest access Access to external CR, small pool, outdoor kitchen and tiny garden. Other things to note Check in time is at 3pm & check out is 11am. Quiet time is from 11pm to 4am.
