This group retreat is a perfectly set up for up to 24 guests spread across 6 bedrooms and 24 beds. This property is located in the main town of Portsea directly across from the Portsea Hotel & Bay Beach near golf courses and Pt Nepean National Park. The space 5 bedrooms & 1 loft room - 2 Queen beds, 1 double bunk, 9 single bunks, 3 single beds. Enclosed deck with BBQ area Opposite Portsea bay beach, shops and cafe’s Opposite Portsea Hotel Parking available in public car park Self-contained, full open plan kitchen with dishwasher & dining room TV, DVD and small stereo/radio Airconditioning Washing machine & Dryer Bedding: Doonas, Doona covers and pillows are provided. Bring along your own linen/towels Guests will have full private access to the first floor retreat during the stay. We ask for a $2000 security deposit between guests and business prior to your arrival, plus proof of identification from the person making the booking. This apartment is located above our Dive & Activities Center - we will not be in your property at all during your stay however staff will be present daily from 8am - 7pm in the office should you require any assistance. Walk to Mornington Peninsula National Park and Pt Nepean Peninsula Hot Springs: 15 min drive Close to Mornington Peninsula Golf Courses Opposite Portsea Hotel To make the most of the Mornington Peninsula, we recommend driving or hiring a car. Public transport is available from the city right through to across the road from the property. Please check the 788 Bus route from Frankston Train Station for further transport information. Guest access Guests will have full private access to the retreat during their stay. It is located in the main street of town, upstairs above the Bayplay Adventure Shop and across the road from the beach. Other things to note Peak season - we prefer a weekend booking during peak season, including long weekend (3 nights) and Easter holiday (4 nights)
