Located at one of Mount Washington Valley's Premier family resorts, this 1 BR condo is the perfect destination for a family weekend or romantic getaway. Minutes from Storyland and Jackson Village. Just a short drive to numerous downhill and x-country skiing venues as well as tax free shopping and dining in North Conway. The space Many recent updates to this unit (not all shown in the photos)! New fans; King sized sleigh bed; new seating area in bedroom; new shower/bathroom update; new refrigerator; new washer/dryer. This lower unit offers quiet privacy. Huge bedroom with King size bed (Tempur-pedic mattress), romantic gas fireplace and additional seating. Well-stocked kitchenette (dishwasher, full size fridge w/ice maker, cooktop). Large bathroom that had a significant, recent renovation. Jacuzzi tub and separate, custom shower. A small washer/dryer unit is included in the condo. Step outside to your patio for breathtaking views and to access the many outdoor spaces of the family resort. The unit can sleep 4, but the second bed is a sleeper sofa. Recommended for a couple or small family. Please note that this unit requires going down 15 steps to access from the parking lot entrance. There is a walk-out slider from the bedroom around back. Guest access There is plenty of parking outside the unit in a shared lot. Other things to note This is a FAMILY resort. Because this unit is part of a Condo Association, there are strict rules about guest age and smoking. Primary guest must be 25 years old. Age verification is required. Smoking is NOT allowed on the deck or patio of the condo. Smoking is permitted in parking area ONLY, but NOT in or around the buildings. As of May, 2024, the “pass” system for amenities has been discontinued by the Resort. So, as a guest, you will enjoy ACCESS to all of the available amenities, including the pools, Rec room, basketball and tennis courts (when available), grills and trails. We invite you to enjoy this privilege and simply ask that you treat it with respect so others may also enjoy it in the future. Most amenity doors can be opened with the FOB included on the unit keyset. (Please note, this does NOT include the pool and fitness center near the upper Chateaus)
