Conveniently located just 5 minutes from the Galveston Ferry Port, and less than 4 miles to the closets beach, Bolivar lighthouse, restaurants, and fishing. Memory foam mattresses in every bed! Primary bedroom has a spacious closet with clothing hangers and large dresser. Pack & play available for little ones with room in either bedroom. Secondary bedroom features a smart TV with two bunk beds, 2 full size mattresses and 2 twin sized mattresses sleeping up to 6 guests in the 2nd room. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, etc.! Quiet neighbors. Great area to relax outside in the lawn and BBQ to grill up all those fish you catch during the day! Perfect family getaway. Pets welcome we just kindly request you bring their own bed and keep them off the furniture. Note the neighbor has a very friendly dog that runs freely and often roams on our unfenced property, please keep this in mind if your pup doesn’t play nice with others. Other things to note All ground / floor level outlets have covers installed for your baby/toddler's safety. Feel free to move the coffee table in family room and/or put a blanket on table for added child safety. NO SMOKING INSIDE - Additional $500 cleaning fee to be charged if violated. PETS - While we adore our furry guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from allowing them on the furniture. For their safety and comfort, please crate them when left unattended indoors or utilize the outdoor kennel provided. A supplementary cleaning fee will be incurred should these guidelines be disregarded.
