A Charming Los Angeles Room

** Private bedroom with lock. Safe neighborhood by elementary school. Two cats onsite. House is shared with me and possibly other guest* Hope to host you in my beautiful 1940's Spanish home I restored! Located in the City of Lynwood. We have school security patrolling the area and wonderful neighbors. Car Highly Recommended - however, Plaza Mexico is only a 10min walk. It's a lovely space I'd like to share with considerate & clean guests! The space This home is perfect for professionals and those looking for a clean and quiet spot in the Los Angeles area with parking options. If desired, the area is quiet to walk through and my specific location tends to have plenty of parking. Location: This spot is best for those with vehicles as better food options/shopping are 10-15mins away. We are close to Starbucks, Balam, La Pasta, and Plaza Mexico. Whole Foods delivers, Imperfect Produce delivers, and Postmates/Uber Eats are great alternative options. Day to Day: The space is usually quiet during the day. There is RO Filtered Water (at sink), Fridge, Microwave, and Stovetop you are welcome to use. I have a large washer & dryer that is available upon request. We have extended family living in the back house. Bathroom is a decent size with a tub. Upon Arrival: You will have a key to lock your door. Wifi Access is provided.. Feel free to use a section in fridge. We recycle and compost. Parking: Street parking or the driveway is available if needed. Most guest park in front of the house where I have Nest Camera surveillance. *Street Sweeping is on Tuesday mornings - you will get a ticket if you don't check* Guest access Can park in driveway, either tandem or street parking in front of the house. During your stay Feel free to ask me any questions in person or text. During the weekdays if I am home I work remotely and may be unavailable. Other things to note Looking for a clean guest who is respectful of an older home with unique characteristics.
