Absolutely immaculate Family-Friendly Beach House! Our stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bath (all en-suite) house sleeps 10 and is wedged right in between both the beach (across the street) and the Little Lagoon (behind the house), as well as offers a community pool! The Little Lagoon offers amazing fishing and kayaking from community dock! Numerous decks offering amazing views in every direction! Grill, table/chairs, and all the beach gear you could need included! Everything a family could desire! The space The house sits right on West Beach Blvd, at the front of the Blue Lagoon enclave of homes. Blue Lagoon is conveniently wedged right between West Beach Blvd and the Little Lagoon, so access to anything in the area is unmatched. The house itself boasts tons of natural light from large sliders in every room, as every room has access to one of the 3 decks offering views in every direction! Each bedroom has an en-suite bath and a wall-mounted TV for maximum privacy and relaxation after a day in the sun! The driveway area under the house offers a grill and a dining table, as well as several spaces containing kayaks, beach chairs, pool toys, and coolers for guest use! Guest access The Blue Lagoon enclave is cozy and mostly private, and there is plenty of parking in the driveway and under the house for multiple guest vehicles. The walk to either nearby beach public access point or the Little Lagoon is short and convenient enough that the easiest way to enjoy any of those is to simply walk, though there are often available parking spots at the beach access lot adjacent the jetty/bridge on Beach Blvd just 2 blocks west of Blue Lagoon Drive. Other things to note We love our guests! We’ve provided the extra touches to keep families coming back year after year! We have numerous beach chairs, a beach cart to haul everything, several sizes of Rtic coolers to keep your beach food and drinks ice cold, numerous Rtic tumblers to keep your drinks ice cold as well, and plenty of pool toys for the kids!
