The space Our Goshawk House: After a few months of preparation, we are thrilled to present Goshawk. Every inch of this property has been lovingly and thoughtfully designed to present a fun and relaxing experience of the Poconos whether it's winter or summer. About Goshawk: With a private hot tub in the back, you will get to relax with friends and family, and will definitely forget about the stress of your quotidian, while enjoying the Nature surrounding you. Opting for a clean and uncluttered energy, you’ll find this property equipped for the most discerning guests. A fully stocked kitchen awaits with features including both a Keurig and a Coffee maker. In the game room, you will find a room where memories will be forever made. You will find a Peloton that can bring you up to speed, to enjoy the Foosball Table, Air Hockey Table, basketball game, Poker Table and Karaoke Machine with your friends and family. After a long day outdoors exploring the Poconos or a long fun day with the family enjoying all of the amenities, the game room also offers a Sauna, which will help you relax and unwind your mind, followed by a massage chair which will relax your muscles. Last but not least, after all of the fun and relaxation, the game room offers a TV, Electric Fireplace and a Pull-out couch to end your day in perfect way. In the living room space, you will find yourself in a cozy Poconos house with a gas fireplace (Functional from December - March) and the natural light comes flooding through the glass door and a pool table. In the dining room, you will find a beautiful table to dine with your family and friends. Please note even though we have a home that sleeps 12 people, our dining table can only sit 8 people and we have 5 additional sitting on the Kitchen Island. With 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths, there’s space to accommodate 12 people. The primary master bedroom is on the second level and features a king bed, a gas fireplace (Functional from December- March), a bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi. The second and third bedroom on the second level are the same. Each bedroom offering a Queen Bed and a twin bunked with a twin trundle underneath it. These two bedrooms share the large hall bath. Comfortable mattresses are featured on each of these beds. The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, with a deck offering a dining area. The wooded backyard features a gas grill (propane not provided), wood/charcoal grill (Charcoal not provided) and a firepit (wood not provided), perfect for making memories. Please be aware that while the community features pools and lakes available during the summer months, access to these amenities is not included with the home rental. Unfortunately, we do not provide guest passes, and the community does not permit guests to purchase them. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access The community policy requires all guests and cars to be registered prior to stay. (Please note only 8 Vehicles are allowed in the property). Once reservation is complete, I will need you to provide me with this information. Speed Limit is 25Mph once inside the community and is strictly enforced. Private Parking in the Driveway for 8 Vehicles Only. No cars can be parked outside or on the lawn. Other things to note No Parties are allowed. We have great respect for our community and neighbors, and we expect our guests to have the same respect as well. The community quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am. Please be aware that while the community features pools and lakes available during the summer months, access to these amenities is not included with the home rental. What's nearby: You’ll be close to everything in the Poconos but far enough to enjoy a relaxing trip. We are only 18 minutes from Camel Back, 20 minutes from Mount Airy, 25 minutes from Kalahari, 10 minutes from stores, supermarkets and much more.
