Country-style in the City

We have a lovely country style property in the south end of Barrie but close to all amenities &shopping. Downtown is just 10 minutes away and offers a variety of restaurants, bars, and waterfront parks. Our home is a 3 minute walk to the lake with a dock and public park for relaxing on the beach and a cool swim. We are also adjacent to biking/walking trails. We only cater to out of town guests/tourists visiting our lovely city. Tell us something about yourself when booking. Thanks The space We are a friendly and outgoing family. We love the outdoors and welcome guests to join us on the deck and by the fire..The private bedroom is located on the lower level with large sitting area. You can enjoy a game of air hockey or play sports and activities with the Wii console. The bedroom is equipped with cable tv. There is also a small bar fridge for your convenience. You are welcome to relax on the back deck overlooking our beautiful backyard. Coffee/tea/juice and toast are offered till 10:00 a.m. Please note that we are a dog loving family. We have 1 small shih-tzu dog who will not be allowed in the guest area. We are also caring for our son's very friendly german shepherd who is also not allowed in the guest area. Guest access You will enter by our back door entrance which leads directly to the lower level. Please note no extra visitors beyond those registered are allowed unless discussed with host. During your stay Someone will always be here to answer questions or assist with any concerns. Other things to note We have 1 dog so if you don't like dogs, this is not the accommodation for you. Our dog is part of the family but we will always persevere that he remains away from your accommodations. We offer our accommodations to tourists/out of town visitors to our city and area. Also note no smoking or vaping allowed on the property
