Nearly 360 degree views - west into the Sawtooth mountains, north up the Methow river and North Cascades and East to the Columbia river and eastern wheat fields. You get the whole place to yourselves, lots of privacy and quiet, at the top of the mountains. We have recently expanded the patio in the front to 300+ square feet, with a gas BBQ and a new picnic table. It's a great place to hang out, morning or evening. The space The main floor is ~1100 ft2 with a great room, views to the west, north and east. Get the sunrise and sunset. Large slab bar, full kitchen, new stainless appliances, coffee maker and toaster. Both bedrooms have full size beds. Main bedroom has west view, second bedroom has east, sunrise view. The second bedroom has windows on all four sides - plenty of natural light. Bath has tile shower stall, soaker tub and heated tile floor. Guest access Plenty of on site parking. Our roads are well maintained, and just about any car can make it up in the summer, once the snows are gone. We get up to several feet of snow in an average winter. You will need an SUV with AWD or 4X4, either with winter tires. Even though the roads are well maintained, its best to be prepared. Carry chains and a shovel. Other things to note The immediate neighborhood is open space, big sky and crazy views in all directions. Stars, clouds, meteor showers, and the milky way are all possible, depending on the weather. Top of the world location. Several local friends have said "best views in the Methow Valley". We have provided a T-Mobile 5G hotspot and we have had guests work from the cabin without issues. Using your personal phone as a hotspot works fine as well. Just like anywhere else, the internet goes down. Wait a while and it generally comes back up. We have a DVD player and a 60+ library of various titles. Adding games and puzzles soon as well.
