My House is Your House! A Sweet and Simple Space!

Our sweet home is a cute one bedroom lower level flat in a house made into three apartments. Only four steps down to the entry door! Our sweet home is so close to campus you can walk up in minutes. Everything is close by—Campus, WSU visitor center, and downtown are only moments away by foot or car. A beautiful park sits right across the street with play equipment, picnic tables, barbecue grills. Grad students don't own fancy accouterments, but the simple comforts of home are all right here! The space In the bedroom is a comfortable king sleigh bed with memory foam topper. A double bed/futon with memory foam mattress pad has been made up in the living room. The sofa is very comfortable and will also sleep another person in the living room area if desired. Blanket, sheet, and pillows in the closet are ready to use to transform the couch into an extra bed if needed. The little kitchen has an eating nook equipped with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and a water boiler. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, and as well as dishes, pans and utensils. Guest access You are welcome to use the refrigerator as well as mugs, glasses, dishes and utensils. Please feel free to use the whole space and make yourselves comfortable! Other things to note There are a few stairs to negotiate, and they are older and imperfect, so please be aware of that. Take care, and mind your step! Entry is via a keypad on the door lock. You will receive a code to unlock door after booking. It is simple and easy to use, no key to lose. Bedding for the couch is clean and ready in the front closet if needed. Extra comforters can be found in the bedroom closet as well. Stay cozy!
