Nearest location to the City in Wapping. Shared House. Save money on public transport and stay at my place. The room appearance changes all the time depending on furniture and bedding changes. This is a super small room with a double bed, tall wardrobe and drawers and not much more space. Benefit is that its very warm in cold weather. The space British Gas Full servicing including gas, plumbing, electrical and appliance issues dealt with by occupants directly. Smoke and intruder alarm with touch in / out fob. Some storage in the garage available. Guest access There is an additional shared bathroom for the other 3 tenants and any guest of the tenants or the ABNB guest. The 4th room is the an en suite which is on offer. There are 3 tenants in total and this Air BNB room would be the 4th person. During your stay There are 4 rooms with 1 cohost in 1 of the rooms and who will all be able to help you with advice about the house and the area and maybe even professional advice and knowledge sharing. Other things to note Exceptional house NOT a flat or apartment in an ideal location for city work or tourism which means there is front and back entrance with garden. Also only the occupants access the main door to the property, NOT with lots of people living a block of flats where there is a shared entrance. Very diverse neighborhood to cater for all preferences, including adult. The house is in need of redecoration but as it is for sale the owner is not carrying out any work hence the low price. This Listing is sold entirely on its amazing location. The pictures are real and have not been enhanced although you cant really tell the decorative state. The small room does not have a carpet but there are new rugs on the little floor space there is.
