Estudis d'Oix, stop and enjoy...

Building of the old schools of the village of Oix, converted into a house with all the comforts of the 21st century. It is located on the edge of the village with beautiful views of the surroundings and a garden with a pool and a porch perfect for relaxing. The village of Oix is located in the center of the Alta Garrotxa, about twenty minutes from Olot and thirty minutes from Banyoles. It is the starting point for endless excursions of all levels of difficulty, to enjoy nature and disconnect from everyday life. The space The building: It consists of a ground floor and a first floor. Before entering, on the porch you will find a rest area with two lounge chairs and a table with four chairs to enjoy the surroundings. Inside, on the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchen, with beautiful openings onto the garden and the porch. The kitchen is fully equipped (induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans...). Next to the room there is a space for the washing machine and a small toilet. First floor: Going up the stairs you reach a multipurpose room perfect for working or playing, which gives access to the bathroom and a distributor that leads to the three bedrooms. The first (blue) has a nest bed, the second (yellow) a single bed and the third (green) a double bed. Facilities All have windows overlooking the surroundings and do not have blinds, so sunlight enters the rooms when it comes out. There is an air conditioner on the first floor that serves this floor. There is no air conditioning on the ground floor, but there is a ceiling fan above the sofa. On both floors there is heating with radiators. Equipment The house is fully equipped, with bed linen and towels, tablecloths and all the necessary utensils in the kitchen. It also has heating with radiators and a closed wood stove in the living room.
