Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village. Shopping (rudimentary in the next village, rolling supermarket or only 20 km away, but you could also have the entire purchase delivered for a small surcharge from a supermarket (Famila) in Anklam, which works great. From here you can wonderfully explore the area around the village, the Tollensetal, the river landscape of the Peene – known as the Amazon of the North – or the Baltic Sea 45 km away. If you want, you can also relax in a secluded and secluded way. Excursions to Greifswald or the World Heritage City of Stralsund then offer an interesting change.
