The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs with an open plan layout on the ground floor. Please note the second bedroom is small however has a double bed for 2 guests and there is a sofa bed in the living room. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and courtyard. With street parking free on weekends and weekday passes can be arranged for an extra fee Other things to note Please note that this is my main home so my belongings will be neatly tided away but it is not an empty rental.
