Calm and tranquility await you in our 130 m² detached house with land, all fully fenced. You will also have free parking in front of the house and will have the possibility to park 2 cars in the courtyard. The house is heated to a maximum of 20 degrees in winter. The visit of the Cateau underground and the Wilfried Owen Forest House (a few kilometers away) are also among the must-sees. Athletes will not be left behind thanks to OSMOSE, a 1500 m² complex, where you can take on many challenges including the Ninja Warrior course. Valenciennes and Cambrai are 30 min, Lille one hour and Belgium 50 min. Guest access The cellar, attic, boiler room and an outdoor outbuilding (shed) are not accessible. Other things to note The beds in bedroom 1 are electric. The bedrooms are upstairs. The bathroom and toilet are on the ground floor. A bioethanol fireplace is available for your use.
