Valley Villa LA is a stunning 3-bedroom vacation rental home with endless amenities, two exits from Universal Studios and close to all the best attractions Los Angeles has to offer. The newly renovated and professionally designed home offers three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which is en-suite in the master), a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and a large built-in bar featuring an ice machine, a beverage and wine fridge, and a Keurig coffee machine. The living room has oversized reclining leather sofas, a double reclining loveseat, a gas fireplace, and 65-inch television. Double custom iron French doors open up to a gorgeous fully furnished private outdoor patio with a dining table, fire pit, lounge area, and beautiful pool with heater where guests can relax. State of the art washer and dryer and new appliances in the kitchen make this home perfect for families and business travelers alike. Other things to note UTILITIES: For reservations of 28 nights or longer, a non-refundable utilities fee is required and is due prior to check-in. This fee helps cover electricity, natural gas, water, sewer, trash, and other utility-related operating costs. The utilities fee is based on seasonal usage and property size and ranges from $25–$45 per day (excluding pool heating). The exact amount will be determined based on the season and length of stay. If you would like to add unlimited pool heating for the duration of your stay, the additional utility fee is $29-39 per day. On-Demand Heating: For guests who only wish to use the pool occasionally, on-demand heating may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange heating. Pool Heating for SHORT TERM STAYS: $169 per day (large pool). Minimum: 3 days. All pool and spa heating requests must be arranged and paid prior to use and are subject to availability and scheduling. Please note that the pool requires approximately one full day to heat, so heating requests must be made in advance to ensure the pool is ready for your arrival. BBQ: The home is equipped with a BBQ grill and propane tank(s). We provide the tanks, but they may need to be refilled during your stay. If you'd like our team to deliver and install a full propane tank, the fee is $69 per tank. Please let us know before your arrival if you'd like us to arrange this. Alternatively, you are welcome to refill the tank yourself at a nearby propane refill station or exchange location, paying only the cost of the propane. Pets: This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. Important Note for Late or Last-Minute Bookings: Thank you for your reservation!
