Vacation rental on the Glan | Quiet location + right on the bike path

The vacation apartment has been completely renovated and newly furnished. It is quietly located on the outskirts of the village, right on the bike path and near the historic Bannmühle. From the bedroom, you can look out over the river and the hilly landscape. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom features a walking shower and oak vanity. There is no TV available! The space You can reach the 45 sqm, brand-new vacation apartment on the 1st upper floor via a beautiful wooden staircase. The apartment itself has a bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a sideboard with plenty of storage space and a clothes hanger. The fully equipped kitchen with dining table guarantees independence, and the bathroom with large shower promises comfort. The couch in the kitchen can be unfolded (1.20 x 1.80 m) to offer a child/teenager a sleeping option. After the various activities you can stay in our garden and enjoy the tranquility. In addition, a place is available in the front yard to enjoy the sun in the morning. Within walking distance there are some shops for everyday necessities (including fresh fruit and vegetables from the organic farm, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, pizzeria) and even a small café with an ice cream parlor. The apartment "Alter Kindergarten" invites you to relax. Enjoy a break while looking at the surrounding forests, the Draisinen bridge over the Glan or listen to the birdsong in the garden. You will be fascinated by how much nature surrounds you. Our apartment is suitable for solo travelers and couples or one parent plus one child. The apartment is also suitable for a home office change of scenery. If necessary, we can set up an additional work area in the kitchen for you. So you can get out into nature right after work, combining the necessary with the pleasant. You can borrow our two stand-up paddles by arrangement, use our game collection and surf the Internet via Wi-Fi. A sunny breakfast spot with a small table and 2 chairs is available to you in front of the house. Guest access For arrival & unloading, you can stop right in front of the house. Free parking is then possible in the immediate vicinity. Other things to note We ourselves live on the first floor of the house and use our rooms on the 2nd floor only as an office. This is a non-smoking house. If you smoke, please use the ashtrays provided in the front yard. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. In our attic - depending on the season - a few dormice move around every now and then, which can then be heard in the apartment. Please don't be alarmed! 😉
