Villa in Palma

Fully equipped Villa, Silent area close to the beach (5 minutes by walking) Shops, restaurants, and tennis courts nearby. qw minute drive to Palma. Nice garden with pool, terraces, barbecue, chill out .... Recommended for families and quiet groups. The space The wonderful villa is located in the well-known Sometimes-Playa de Palma area. It is quiet, next to a park area, surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The highlight: just 5 minutes from the airport and only 5 minutes walk to the beach of Playa de Palma with all your entertainment options. The house is divided into 2 floors, the lower floor consists of a living room (Smart TV) with living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with airconditioning and two comfortable single beds that can be combined into a double bed and a very large, modern wardrobe, a small bedroom with a sofa bed and a bathroom with Shower. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and two comfortable single beds that can be combined into a double bed, all three with bathrooms en suite (i.e. with direct access to their own bathroom), so you can enjoy a lot of privacy. Outside there is a beautiful saltwater pool with a chili-out area, a lounge and hammocks, as well as a barbecue. Here you can spend Mallorcan nights by candlelight and enjoy dinner or barbecues together on the veranda. Guest access There is a free parking in front of the villa. The park in front of the house leads directly to the supermarket Mercadona. 500m away there is also a german supermarket (SAM) and many restaurants and bars. The beach is about 800m away. Other things to note You will get the house clean, with bedlinen and towels for the shower. If you need an extra cleaning it can be arranged for 25€/h with a minimum of 2h. The trash has to be put in bags and brought out to the containers that are in the street. The water in Mallorca is scarce and shouldn't be wasted, so we would appreciate if you don't use more than necessary. The house also has Air conditioning, heating, chimney, dishwasher, microwave, oven, barbeque, first aid box. The villa is totally fenced and safe fo the kids.
