Hannah's Hideaway Beautiful gulf views!

*** Super close to the north jetty & ferry*** Hannah's Hideaway is a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath beach home that is located in a very quiet neighborhood on the FIRST row with beautiful views of the Bolivar Peninsula/ flats! Just a short drive or 5 minute walk to the North Jetty. 3 minute drive from the ferry & 1.7 miles from the first beach access! The space This home has an open floor plan between the living room, kitchen & dining area. Living room has 2 sliding glass doors so you can see the Gulf from the couch, 58 inch TV with Roku & Netflix, dvd player. There is a picnic table downstairs, charcoal grill, be sure to bring your charcoal, plenty of seating on the porch to relax & enjoy that beautiful view! Master bedroom has a King bed with your own bathroom (tub/shower combo) large closet with iron & ironing board. Bedroom 2- has a queen bed, closet & TV roku & netflix. Bedroom 3- has 2 bunk beds, closet & tv roku & netflix. Bedroom 4- bunk bed, tv roku & netflix. Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, silverware, cups, plates, toaster, waffle maker, coffee maker, full size fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, pantry. Toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags are provided at a limited quantity. Be sure to bring your personal essentials.. shampoo/conditioner/ body wash. Bed sheets, quilts, pillows, extra blankets, bath towels are provided- just bring your own beach towels! Smoking/Vaping are NOT allowed. WiFi is NOT guaranteed as we cannot control weather outages nor company outages. Pets are allowed, $50 pet fee. You can sit on the porch and stare out into the gulf with un obstructive views of the Bolivar Peninsula. Watch ships go by, bird watch, just sit back and relax. There is a large charcoal grill in the back yard. Charcoal/lighter/lighter fluid not provided, so make sure you bring your own. As with any place near water- mosquitoes can be more active during certain times of the day. Be sure to bring spray and you will be good to go. Guest access You have access to all places other than a small closet in the back bedroom & storage underneath the house. These are for housekeeping & maintenance personnel. Other things to note First beach access road is Rettilon Rd, approximately 1.6 miles from the house. Crystal beach does require parking Sticker on your vehicle in order to drive/ park on the beach. You can purchase them at any gas station or at the Big store.
