It is nestled against the hilltop of Tantra Hills, it is uniquely designed to take in the most spectacular views; this ‘home away from home’ offers the best of our rich diversity in our Ghanaian culture while combining access to a wide range of local amenities at your doorstep. We are located just seconds from the main Nsawam road leading to Achimota Mall, with St John Hospital around the corner and close to ATM's and Forex. It’s also a perfect place for you to host photo-shoots, business meetings and getaways. Special rates and security deposit are required for such booking, kindly let us know during your booking. No parties/gatherings are allowed. We would love to make your stay as memorable as possible, please note that the listing price is for the first two guests, charges for remaining guests totalling 12 guests are $15 per night for each guest after your first 2 guests. Other things to note Below are a few items we feel you should know about the property to ensure you enjoy your stay and avoid any miss comings. We are located in a serene residential area in Tantra Hill near Achimota Mall — close to shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to Airport, East Legon, and central Accra. Ideal for long-term stays, group travel, and staycations. Service The house is cleaned and prepared before and after your stay. During your stay, cleaning of rooms, living rooms, bath rooms and kitchen are done daily and as frequent as needed. There are no exceptions or extra costs to this. Chef request: As an added treat, our private chef will be preparing fresh, locally inspired meals during your stay at a fee, if you are interested in this service, kindly request for it during your booking and will send you a full menu. Power The house is powered by electricity, unfortunately, bad weather and general power outage do affect the power availability and for this we have a back-up generator. If the power goes off, depending on longevity of the outage and your stay, a generator can be provided. With the exclusion of weekend bookings. Prepaid electricity is topped up and capped at $15 for free per booking (average 200ghc). Typically this can last up to 4/5 days with minimum usage of air conditioning, guests are then required to top up after. Security There are security cameras outside, these are located at the entrance and back of our property. There are no cameras or noise monitor indoor or any of our communal areas . We have an electric security fence. These cameras are there to protect our guests and damages. Road Please be aware that most roads in Accra are uncoated and due to rain and other road activities beyond our control, they can be rough. Our main road is no exception, however we have a private road leading to the property that is coated and pictures are available on the listing. Please do not book until you have viewed the road to have a rough idea of what to expect. By confirming booking, we will assume you've accepted that the rough road leading to property isn't a problem. Nature Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields and semi wooded areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets and tree roaches. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. There is an insect spray available if needed. Pets Pets are not allowed. Water All our water is derived and filtered from a borehole on the property with unlimited access to all guests. The use of water-heaters are available in our kingsize rooms, double rooms will be on request. Water cannot be consumed and guests are required to buy their own drinking water, first bottle is free. Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the house and must be done on the patio or in the garden. Breaking this rule will incur a $500 fine! Ashtrays are provided on request. Wi-Fi Wi-Fi is available but not unlimited, once you've checked in and used up your bundle, you have to top it up, our caretaker will inform you. Music The patio, living room and bar have speakers fitted. We are in an estate so please don’t play music excessively to disturb our neighbors. There is an aux cable fitted to amp and guests are welcome to connect their devices to the amp. There is also Bluetooth available. No excessive music/noise after 9:00pm. Swimming Pool The house has a fenced swimming pool, guests use the swimming pool at their own risk and all children must be supervised around the pool at all times. We do not take any responsibility for any incidents that may occur. Pool towels are available. Pool is cleaned twice a week. Pool can be used from 8:00 am till 9:00 pm. Outdoor Bar Guests are free to use this facility during their stay at no extra cost, local and foreign drinks/wines are available at extra costs. Outdoor dining: There are benches and tables available outdoor and free to use. Guests are free to use all bar facilities during their stay. Washing machine: Washing machine can only be used for booked guests staying min 3 nights, washing powder and detergent are available for a small fee.
