B&B Campo del Mare
Description
A place between nature and the sea, where you can slow down and find your own rhythm. B&B Campo del Mare is a true bed and breakfast nestled in the Conero Park, in a white-stone Marche farmhouse, designed for those seeking simplicity, authenticity, and silence. Here, guests don't just come to sleep, but to experience a space that invites them to stop, breathe, and let go. The space The farmhouse, 3 km from the sea, is surrounded by vineyards, fields, and trails for walking, hiking, and mountain biking, just minutes from the beaches of Sirolo, Numana, and Portonovo. Inside the B&B, there are three bedrooms, each with its own identity inspired by the colors of nature: - L'Erbolario, a green room dedicated to the wild herbs we collect - La Separola, the blue room evokes the sea, the beaches, and the waves - Il Sole, yellow room (summer only), a union of earth and sky. At the time of booking, you will be assigned the room that best suits your needs. All rooms have a private bathroom with a window and a separate entrance, arranged in a way that allows you to enjoy your stay with freedom and tranquility, while maintaining the authentic spirit of a shared home. B&B Campo del Mare is a simple and essential space, where time changes pace. NATURE is an integral part of the experience: the silence, the sounds of the wind, and the colors that change throughout the day and the seasons naturally accompany your stay. In the garden there are different areas dedicated to relaxation, REST, and MEDITATION. A basic YOGA set is also available for those who want to carve out moments of presence and listening. Inside the farmhouse, Herbana also takes shape, a small project linked to wild herbs and nature: wild herbs are carefully collected and used in everyday life, particularly for breakfast and shared moments. It is a discreet but authentic presence that helps make the experience even more authentic and rooted in the local area. The farmhouse opens its spaces to share with a simple and informal atmosphere. The PORTICO, with the stone wall of the old stable, is the main meeting point and is equipped with: - sink - a small fridge - BBQ grill - basic cutlery for independent meals. Outside, the GARDEN surrounds the house with a natural lawn, trees, shaded areas, hammocks, sun loungers, and open spaces that invite you to stop and enjoy the place without rushing. BREAKFAST is not included in the stay, but it can certainly be added on at the property. It is a moment to which special attention is paid, prepared with natural ingredients and homemade products: jams, yogurt, bread, pastries, and simple, wholesome beverages. In some cases, it is also enhanced with wild herbs gathered locally, in keeping with the spirit of the project. We intentionally chose not to include a television or air conditioning to encourage a simpler and more authentic hospitality, designed for slowing down, breathing, and reconnecting without distractions. The house allows it because it is old and wisely built and renovated according to GREEN BUILDING principles, therefore with materials that alone facilitate the right conditions for feeling good. It is a choice that moves in the direction of simpler, more authentic hospitality, designed to encourage a break from the daily grind and from more automatic routines. Guest access The B&B is located in the Conero Park, between nature and the sea. The beaches of Sirolo, Numana, and Portonovo are about 3 km away. We are on a path in the Conero Park, and hiking trails, pilgrimage routes (Sirena Mitì, Cammino Porta d'Oriente, Cammino Francescano nella Marca di Ancona), and mountain biking trails start directly from the property. The area also offers several traditional restaurants, local shops, and street food, with a recommended list already provided in the room. During your stay We live in the farmhouse and share this space with guests. We are available for advice and information about the area, always allowing for discretion, silence, and the freedom to enjoy your stay at your own pace. Other things to note The access road to the property passes through vineyards and fields, with a stretch of light asphalt; for cars with a very low suspension, it is advisable to drive slowly. If you feel the need to stop, slow down, and spend a few days immersed in nature, this is the place for you. Write to us for any information or to find out if this space is suitable for your way of traveling.
