With plenty of wide open spaces, spectacular views and fresh air, this rustic home is perfect for groups or large families. It is located smack bang in between Foster and Toora - a 5-10 min drive to both and a good launching point to access all that South Gippsland has to offer. The space The house comfortably sleeps 8 people, with 4 bedrooms comprising of: - 2 queen beds - 1 double bed - 2 single beds In addition to this, the house has all the comforts of home with: - A fully equiped kitchen with all you need to cook or bake from home, - 1.5 bathrooms containing a washing machine, - Gas BBQ, - High speed wifi, - Chromecast, - Aircon in the main living room, - Portable fans, heaters and electric blankets in all the bedrooms, - Outdoor covered verandah with outdoor furniture, - 2 living and dining areas, - Fireplace (please note: firewood not provided), - Basic amenities, - DVDs, books and board games provided. There is lots of privacy and space so this is a great place to relax with friends and family. The property is a working agricultural farm, and farming activities will be performed during your stay. There are two large dams on the property that are not fenced off but seperated from the house area by paddock fences. ***SELF SERVICE LINEN IS PROVIDED. Towels, sheets, doona covers, pillowcases, bathmats and hand towels are included. You will need to make your own beds and put the used linen back in the assigned locker. STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES or BUCKS/HENS NIGHTS STRICTLY NO PETS DUE TO OPERATING FARM Guest access The house is located off the South Gippsland Highway, so it is easily accessible by car. You have use of the entire house and yard, and there is a double carport next to the house. Guest access information will be provided the day of your arrival via email. This will include details on how to locate the property, where to locate the key safe, the key safe combination to access the keys and locker combination to access the linen. Other things to note This property is on tank water and septic systems. Please be mindful of water usage. There is livestock and unfenced dams on the property so please leave gates as you find them and supervise children when exploring the property. Firewood is not provided but can be purchased at the nearby Petrol stations in Toora and Foster. ***As of April 2024 SELF SERVICE LINEN IS PROVIDED.
