The space The property is an oversized waterfront lot, just under an acre, with views of the widest part of Lake Palestine. The property is not fenced to provide open views of the sunrise and water. The walk to the waterline and boathouse is a nice gradual slope. The spacious back patio is shaded by large mature trees for cooking out and relaxing. The house is on a peaceful dead end street. There is a carport for two cars and extra parking in the long driveway. A public boat ramp is located nearby off Hwy 155, for more lake recreation and fishing. For convenience, Tyler is a 30 minute drive and charming downtown Chandler is a 10 minute drive. Chandler offers dining, groceries, shopping and an ACE hardware store. Finally, there is a Dollar General five minutes away, for extreme convenience, if you need basic groceries or last minute items. Guest access Entire home, driveway with carport for one vehicle plus extended driveway, front yard, backyard, boathouse (boat slip is occupied with Sun Tracker pontoon for rent). Cleats are installed for tying up your own boat. No street parking please.
