Hi, I offer a room of about 12 m2, in a pavilion located not far from the Saint Pierre des Corps SNCF station (8 minutes by car and about 25 minutes on foot), also close to bus and shops, in a very quiet area with parking space. The space The house is located in a residential area of Saint Pierre des Corps, a quiet, relaxing and pleasant area. The pavilion is well maintained and therefore clean. The photos of the room are authentic. The room is clean and renovated, comfortable with a quality bed and sheets. The accommodation has a stable Wi-Fi connection. The room is private, meaning it's entirely dedicated to you. You will have its key as well as a key to the main front door. Your privacy is guaranteed and you're free to come and go as you please. It is equipped with: a comfortable bed that can accommodate two people (140 x 190 cm); a bedside table with a night lamp, a closet and a desk area. For your comfort, electric heating is available. The common areas are clean and usable. You are at home here, hoping you feel good, a key box is available. Guest access I will be there to welcome you day and night. Upon arrival, I will give you the key to your private room and a key to the main front door. On the day of your departure, these two keys must be returned by hand or in the key box. If necessary, free parking is available. You will have access to the entire accommodation, living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The friendly kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils a kitchen needs: a refrigerator, oven + microwave oven, and a dining table. You can also access the bathroom and the two toilets distributed throughout the house. The laundry room can be accessed if necessary, just ask me and I will give you access to the washing machine (please note, you will sort your clothes yourself).
