The space Our new Scando-African cottage is modern, quiet and private. The open plan space has seamless indoor and outdoor living, with aluminum stacking doors opening on to an entertainment deck that boasts sweeping views of Victorskloof valley. The bright and light bedroom has black out blinds for nights, and sliding doors with ensuite bathroom. Real wood and screed floors make for cool summers and warm winters in this home away from home. We have air conditioning to make the space cool in the hot summer months and warm the unit in winter. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the outdoor veranda has a gas braai. Guests have their own private entrance with secure off street parking. You must be able to manage stairs to walk down to the cottage from the parking area. This cottage is the perfect base to explore the mother city and all she has to offer. Guest access We recommend you have a car to get to the shops and to explore the area. We have secure off street parking with your own entrance! Other things to note We do not experience load shedding like the rest of the country because we have solar power, an inverter and batteries! You will need to be able to walk down a garden path with stairs to access the cottage. We have a friendly dog and two cats that live on the property, but they stay our side.
