We are located just 20 minutes from Belo Horizonte, in an environment of natural beauty. For your safety, the house has a surveillance system with a camera aimed exclusively at the entrance, respecting your privacy. The space Notes: 1. First note: The house has two bedrooms and a Jacuzzi for 2 people, located outside with a magnificent panoramic view. We would like to inform our guests to bring swimwear. The maximum capacity allowed is 2 people. If a couple makes the reservation, access to the house is allowed only for the couple. If you wish to bring a third person, a fee of R$250 will be charged for access. If you receive friends, it is necessary to communicate with the owners of the property, where extra amounts and rules will be agreed upon. We are located in a residential and family area. 2. Second note: An inspection of the property will be carried out by the owner, together with the tenant, upon entry and exit. In the event of any damage to the property, the guest will be charged. 3. Third observation: It is not allowed to exceed 4 people or cause disturbance with loud noise in the property. Residencialjudith The price for a couple is detailed on the website. If you bring another couple invited by you, an additional amount will be charged per night here with us. If you only want to spend the day from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., you will be charged R$250 per person. Please collect the trash at the end of your stay. Access is only for the couple, but if you have a visitor, the daily rate of R$570.00 will be charged, and it supports a maximum of 4 people. It is exclusively for 2 people, and if you receive a visitor, the amount will be charged. Other things to note As a courtesy, we offer a Minas Gerais breakfast for the first day, which includes: coffee powder, 1 liter of milk, sugar or sweetener, a package of sliced bread, ham and cheese, as well as a small basket of seasonal fruits. The house is fully furnished and offers a gourmet space with a barbecue, shower, hot tub overlooking the mountain, air-conditioned bedrooms, a sound system throughout the house, and a garage. It is a comfortable house, however, we ask you to avoid leaving lights and appliances on unnecessarily, as well as the jacuzzi, to avoid waste and respect the environment.
