A double wide trailer home located 1mile from 76/BirdShack/DQ in the town of Goldendale, sets on 10 acre lot with pond. We have 5 koi fish in here, no fishing, no swimming is allowed. No skating during winter month where pond is icy and sleek. Golf cart is temporarily out of order. 3 bedrooms, has 2 queen bed and 1 full bed. Has 2 bathrooms. Entire kitchen is functional, spices, oven, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave etc. Bar height dining table and chairs seats six people. The space Laundry washer and dryer could also be use, ironing board also available. TV along with the office table and another TV in the leaving room with power reclining couch and love seat with other 2 recliners. Sun room has patio set. Guest access Guest has full access in the sun room. Other things to note Guest can use the BBQ grill provided at the back of the house. Enjoy picnic outside, can contact the host for folding tables and chairs.
