In the heart of lakes and beaches (Vouglans, Clairvaux-les-Lacs, Chalain), waterfalls, hikes, via-ferrata... Upstairs: 1 master bedroom (1 bed 160/1 bed 90/ toilet, sink and shower), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160/1 bed 90), 1 bathroom (bathtub and shower, sink, toilet). On the ground floor: a living room with a pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a washing machine, and a toilet. Bed linens are provided as well as kitchen linens and the small necessities. I provide a plancha and crepe maker, raclette and fondue. Guest access An entrance/laundry room. On the ground floor the living room and kitchen, upstairs the 2 bedrooms and their bathroom. Outside terrace and garden. Less than 10 minutes away you will find a supermarket, cheese shop, bakery and pharmacy. Other things to note Bed linen, bathroom mats and kitchen linen are provided. Bathroom linen is not included! It is recalled that the gîte must be returned in the condition received! For July/August, reservations are only made by the week from Saturday to Saturday! Upon request, I can provide additional baby equipment (strollers, baby carrier, bathtub, mattress for the folding crib, etc.). A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival. It will need to be paid in cash. The security deposit will be fully refunded to you upon your departure in cash, if no damage has been found.
