The space You will appreciate the charm of this completely renovated apartment located in a typical house of the region. ​-> Sleeps 2 with 1 140 bed (1 140 mattress). -> Free parking and always with free spaces on the street to park easily. -> WIFI available (2 bars out of 4). -> Smart TV for entertainment by connecting your NETFLIX subscription as if you were at home (if you are already subscribed to NETFLIX). -> Ironing kit to avoid wrinkled dresses and shirts. -> Oven & Microwave & Cooking plates & Cooking utensils to play star chefs and enjoy Laonnoise gastronomy. -> Washing machine and drying rack to have clean clothes in all circumstances. -> Hair dryer to keep a flawless blow-dry in all situations. -> Coffee maker & kettle to prepare your hot drinks and make you feel at home. -> Refrigerator/freezer to store your food throughout your stay. -> Table and 2 chairs to have your meals. -> Desk to carry out your administrative work or telework. The windows are equipped with: - Blackout shutters or curtains to allow you to sleep in, - Veils to avoid being seen from the outside. For your well-being, one towel per guest will be provided as well as sheets for the bed. The bathroom consists of a vanity unit with small sink and shower. Separate toilet. There's also a dressing room and laundry area.​ You will be charmed by the collective garden with a magnificent view and a room to store your bikes or other items... A small garden lounge is available to have your meals or a drink outdoors. The garden is to be shared with guests from the other 2 apartments in the same building. The apartment must be left clean and tidy at the end of your stay as you found it on arrival. For any cleaning intervention following your departure, €15/hour of cleaning will be charged. Thank you for your understanding. There is a camera above the front door of the apartment. We welcome you for your short or long stays, a business trip, a romantic getaway, a sightseeing trip. So for a stay of 4 or 6 people, you can easily book 2 or 3 apartments provided they are available at the same time.
