Bright airy double room in Eastville

Fully furnished bedroom with a double bed, accommodating up to two guests. I also live in the house. You'll have access to the shared bathroom and kitchen-dining area, use of washing-drying facilities. My two-bed home is located in Eastville. The area benefits from its proximity to a bus stop that takes you to Bristol City centre, public scooters, Stapleton Road train station, the M32, Tesco Extra, IKEA and a number of local shops, cafes and pubs. The space Small, private, furnished double bedroom. Access to shared (with me) kitchen-diner and bathroom. Use of laundry facilities, gas stove and cooking utensils (pots, pans, plates etc). There is no dishwasher so guests are required to do their own washing up. Guest access Off street parking, bus stop at the end of my street linking to city centre and Fishponds, Downend, Frenchay and Filton. Voi (e scooters) available at end of my street. You are welcome to bring your bike and store it here. Bring your own lock, helmet and lights etc if this is how you decide to travel. During your stay If I will not be present when you arrive, I will leave the door key in the keysafe outside and provide you with the code so you can enter in your own time. I will also provide you with a fully comprehensive set of videos and be available to answer any questions you have via text, or Signal. Other things to note Please do not cook fish or seafood as I'm allergic. No dishwasher in house. Use of tumble-dryer should be limited and use of outside drying rack is preferred and expected if it's hot weather. Guest bedroom door is not lockable.
