Perfect for families or special weekends away, the home offers three generous bedrooms (Master with ensuite), undercover alfresco area, and a large fully fenced yard to enjoy. Thoughtfully updated for modern living, the home still retains its charming vintage character with original floorboards, high ceilings, and heritage stonework. Each bedroom includes quality beds and linen, and the well-equipped kitchen offers modern appliances to make meal preparation a breeze. You’ll have access to the entire property (excluding the garage), and complimentary Wi-Fi and Netflix are provided for your stay. The kitchen and living room overlook a private, fully fenced backyard, making it easy to keep an eye on little ones. Younger children can enjoy simple outdoor play equipment, including a cubby, swings, totem tennis, and a small sandpit. To make beach outings even easier, a beach trolley is provided, along with beach towels and a selection of beach toys. The main bathroom features both a bath and separate shower—ideal for families—and the master bedroom also includes an ensuite. Starter supplies of quality toiletries are provided for your convenience. For guests who need a workspace, a compact, movable desk is available. It includes fold-down extensions and is neatly stored in a wardrobe when not in use. For climate control, the home features a split-system air conditioner in the main living/kitchen area, providing effective heating and cooling for the central space. The bedrooms do not have heating, but each room includes a ceiling fan for warmer days and quality blankets for cooler nights, helping you stay cosy throughout your stay. Relax in the inviting living area, complete with comfortable furnishings, a 4K Sony TV, and a sound bar. The laundry is fully equipped with a front-loading washing machine, heat-pump dryer, ironing facilities, and a Dyson cordless vacuum. A washing line and pegs are also provided. A Weber BBQ and a spacious covered patio offer the perfect setup for alfresco dining. The property is fully fenced with driveway gates and includes one off-street parking space. A highchair is available, and a portacot can be provided on request when booking. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our Cottage, and our cleaning fee reflects the care and high standards we maintain for every guest. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, excluding the garage and two internal storage cupboards. Other things to note Please be aware that there are a few small areas with steps or slight changes in height, particularly in the driveway, alfresco, and entry points. Otherwise, the outdoor space is largely level and fully fenced. There are also some steps leading to the front door and at both rear entrances. Although the home is single level, there is one internal step between the laundry and hallway, as the laundry floor sits slightly lower. Additionally, there is a small (approx. 1 cm) floor height change between the master bedroom and ensuite. For security, a single vision-only, street-facing camera is positioned outside the front door. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property—thank you for your cooperation. We are unable to accommodate pets, as we aim to keep the home safe for guests with allergies. The hanging swing chair in the alfresco area has a weight limit of 100 kg. It is designed for gentle use and is not a playground swing. Children must be supervised by an adult when using it. The automatic drip irrigation system may operate quietly overnight to water the garden beds, so you might occasionally hear it switch on. For your convenience, we provide initial supplies of bathroom, kitchen, and laundry essentials—such as soap, detergent, washing powder, and toilet paper—along with basic pantry items, linen, bath towels, bathmats, and beach towels.
