It has a beautiful courtyard from which you can see one of the fortresses that surround the city It is located in a seafaring, fishing and flamenco neighborhood. Close to Cala Cortina beach and the port and just a short walk to the historic center. The bus and train station are also very close. Very well connected. Easy parking. The space The house is bright, spacious and airy. It has a spacious living room with two comfortable three-seater sofas. Decorated so that our guests feel the warmth of a home adorned with curious and charming details. The kitchen is spacious and modern. With the kitchenware and appliances you may need during your stay. It has all the comforts for a perfect stay. The bathroom is a mix of old and new. It has a spacious shower with a thermal faucet. The double bedroom leads to the beautiful patio. Ideal space for breakfast, snacks or simply to read or take a nap taking advantage of the good weather we have in the Mediterranean. Guest access The entire apartment is available to guests! Other things to note The house is very bright and is very close to the marina, just 300 meters from the university campus and the historic center, regatta club, general hospital, bus and train station. It has solar panels on its roof so the use of washing machines and other appliances should be prioritized during daylight hours. A short walk separates the apartment from the historic center and La Cortina beach.
